  • With over 20 years in the industry, Scott’s career began in San Francisco at Riney and Saatchi, and has since helped numerous companies like GM, HP and Canon grow. (Notably, under his team’s watch, Canon’s nascent printer business grew from $150 million in sales to over a billion in three years.) In 2006, Scott was named a Media Week All-Star for negotiating the first front-page placement in The Wall Street Journal to showcase Toyota’s corporate image campaign.

    The driving force at Dentsu's West Coast operation in the 90’s, Scott headed East in 2003, evolving the agency’s bi-coastal media practice by embracing neutrality, and organically infusing digital. Scott’s unique cross-media buying and planning skills have helped the company’s media roster expand to over 20 accounts. In early 2010, Scott received his first kenmu assignment as Chief of Media for Dentsu Network West.

    A native Angelino and the father of four, Scott graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Social Science and a minor in French.
